Remote Learning / Online Learning 2020

Updated: Mar 30, 2020

As we all adjust to working from home and supporting our children's online learning here are a few tips for how to juggle your busy day online.

** Set boundaries and use a timer to keep to your deadlines. It's easy to become overwhelmed with the fact that this new online world's work is never complete.

** Take fresh air breaks away from phone and computer so that you are away from the screen at least 2 out of the 8 hours you are working for the day. You can mentally work during your off screen time. Make a list, calendar, journal writing or take a nature walk.

** teach your children that they need screen breaks too. They'll easily get addicted to doing everything online so it by your example that they will follow for screen downtime.
